Nato a Brescia nel 78, svolge l’attività di cuoco dall’età di 14 anni. Ha frequentato l’istituto alberghiero a Desenzano e poi ha dedicato la sua vita a questo lavoro dopo varie esperienze. Oggi assieme a suo fratello Francesco sono titolare de L’Osteria H2O dove assieme ai suoi collaboratori propone la sua idea di cucina, fatta di prodotti enogastronomici che parlano di Territorio e Artigianalità.
Tra i prodotti nati dalla collaborazione con Saulo, spiccano i prodotti CEDAR PLANK set affumicatura, il piatto in terracotta PIZZA GOURMET e la gelatiera DYI
